Welcome to 2013 all you lovely people! To start the next chapter of our wardrobe we need to invest in a florally designed masterpiece, whether it be a rose-filled blouse or a daisy-smothered dress...you choose! 'Flower Power' is no new thing to us Brits, as we all know it was a huge excitement in the sixties era. With the sixties being the most influential fashion era the United Kingdom has ever come across, with the mini skirt coming into trend, (Mary Quant), and the 'mod' revolution, what more could they have produced? May I introduce to you the miracle of a designer called Holly Fulton. She is a perfect example of floral display in the fashion industry. She mixes the iconic styles of the nifty fifties and the swinging sixties with utmost modern patterns and textures, adding in full-blown statements like flowers. She has the concept so purely right and I LOVE IT! Watch out for her on the fashion scene, I'm sure she'll be thriving even more soon enough.
